How we collect, use and protect your personal information.
Information collected
When you write to us through a form on the site, we collect your name, your email address, your company name if you provide it, your message and the IP address of your connection.
When you request a free scan, we also collect the title scanned, the name of your organization, the capacity you declare (rights holder or representative) and the result of the scan.
To know which pages are read, the site counts its visits anonymously, without cookies: it records the page viewed, the site you came from, the language, the type of device and the time spent on the page. Your IP address is not kept; it is only used, on the same day, to compute a fingerprint that cannot identify you and that changes every day. No third-party tool is used.
Use
This information is used to reply to you, to prepare the requested report and to prevent misuse of the scan tool (one scan per day, per person and per connection). Each scan request is reviewed by one of our agents before the report is sent. It is never sold or shared.
Retention
Messages, scan requests and the anonymous visit count are kept for 13 months, then deleted. The site uses no cookies, advertising or otherwise.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information by writing to admin@agencepdn.com. The person in charge of personal information can be reached at the same address.
