Rather, it is a phenomenon of wear and tear caused by <strong>mental overload.<\/strong> We see it in many environments.<\/p><ul><li>Employees who accept and validate forms and electronic signatures, including fraudulent ones, <strong>automatically.<\/strong><\/li><li>Managers and users <strong>overwhelmed<\/strong> by alerts from their monitoring tools and are no longer able to identify critical incidents.<\/li><li>Sometimes, HR departments <strong>block projects due to excessive regulatory zeal<\/strong> without adding any real value for
