large amounts of textual data. However, revelations have shown that some of these models have been trained on copyrighted content without prior authorization. They are therefore highly effective for training models to produce coherent, sustained and relevant language. What&#8217;s more, their thematic diversity is a decisive advantage.<\/li><li>Second, <strong>the cost<\/strong> of legal access is particularly high. Publishers, content aggregators, and authors demand substantial remuneration proportional to the value of their productions. However, the development of a linguistic model involves corpora consisting of tens or even hundreds of millions of documents, which makes individual licensing economically disincentive.<\/li><li>Finally,<strong> speed of access<\/strong> plays a key role. The use of LibGen or similar databases allows for the immediate download of large amounts of content without the need for contractual restrictions or negotiations.
